Eboni Winford, Ph.D., MPH, is the Vice President of Research and a licensed psychologist at Cherokee Health Systems in Knoxville, TN. She provides clinical care, contributes to workforce development in community health centers, and oversees research initiatives by HRSA, the TNDOH, and NIH. She is a co-founder of REACCH, Research and Engagement Aligned for Clinical and Community Health, a partnership between CHS and the UT Knoxville that strengthens the health-related workforce; identifies and evaluates innovative ways to improve health outcomes; and enhances the well-being of Tennesseans. She has served on the board of directors for the CFHA, the Chair of APA’s Health Equity Committee, a Section Councilor of APHA’s Community Health Planning and Policy Development section, 1st Vice Chair of NACHC’s Committee on Service Integration for Behavioral Health and HIV, and a member of the NASEM's Standing Committee on Primary Care. She holds aan adjunct faculty position at UTK. She is a RWJ Foundation Interdisciplinary Fellow and an alumna of APA’s Leadership Institute for Women. She is a proud life member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
