Direct Relief
Katie Lewis is the Director of U.S. Programs at Direct Relief, where she has served since 2008. She is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Sociology, specializing in Community Structures and Institutions.
In her role, she oversees all U.S. programmatic activities, managing and expanding a nationwide network of safety net providers, including community health centers, clinics, and public health organizations. Katie has led efforts to scale impactful projects and expand access to medical and financial resources for health centers, ensuring equitable care for underserved communities.
