Mandy Grant is the Chief Operating Officer for White House Clinics. Mandy has 15 years of experience working in community health centers in a variety of roles, specializing in operational efficiency with a strong focus on expanding services and improving patient care. Mandy is an Eastern Kentucky University Alumni, graduating in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in environmental health science and subsequently obtaining a Master of Public Administration. While completing her coursework, she was able to complete her externship project at White House Clinics that ultimately led to a middle management role in the organization in 2010.
In May 2015 Mandy transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer where she is responsible for day-to-day organizational operations. She supervises departmental managers to ensure optimal and effective workflows throughout the clinics and works closely with the Clinical Directors and Department Managers to implement workflow changes to enhance quality improvement efforts. Mandy oversees the organizational Emergency Preparedness efforts, OSHA compliance program, as well as other key organizational projects. Mandy enjoys spending her free time with her husband and dogs and traveling to new places whenever possible.
