Ginger Vaughn-Pullin, DNP, NE, FNP-BC, is the Director of Quality and Program Director for the Post-Graduate Nurse Practitioner Residency Program at Samuel Rodgers. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, her background spans emergency medicine, primary care, functional medicine, research, and academia.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Graceland University, where her research focused on stress reduction in caregivers.
At Samuel Rodgers, Dr. Vaughn-Pullin also practices as a primary care provider in the pediatric department. In addition, she is an Associate Professor at a local university with nearly a decade of experience teaching in graduate and doctoral nursing programs. Her expertise includes curriculum design, program evaluation, and accreditation, and she serves as an accreditation site visitor for the Consortium for Advanced Practice Providers.
Dr. Vaughn-Pullin’s combined experience in clinical, administrative, and academic roles positions her as a leader in developing innovative programs and supporting the next generation of nurse practitioners.
