Jennifer Stoll is the Chief External Affairs Officer
at OCHIN, a nonprofit health IT network
dedicated to empowering rural and underserved
communities across America. She leads a team
advocating for over 32,000 providers, enhancing
care access for vulnerable communities through
partnerships and initiatives.


With expertise in technology, health policy, and
advocacy, Jennifer oversees OCHIN's advocacy
and partnership efforts, using data-driven
strategies to address healthcare disparities. She
holds degrees from Stanford and the University
of Connecticut and chairs several boards focused
on healthcare delivery and the advancement of
AI in healthcare.
