Dr. Huong Le is the Chief Dental Officer of Asian Health Services in Oakland, California.
Dr. Le has served on several boards including Alameda County Dental Society, Western Clinicians Network and Center for Oral Health. She is a member of ADA Council on Access, Advocacy and Prevention. In January 2025, she joined California Dental Association Board of Directors as its newest director. Dr Le is past President of National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA).
Dr. Le has faculty appointments at several dental universities. She finished her 11-year tenure as the first Vietnamese dentist serving as member of the Dental Board of California from 2019-2020. While on the dental board, Dr Le served as President and chair of several committees.
Dr. Le completed her leadership fellowship program at Northwestern University in December 2022. Dr. Le is a fellow of the American College of Dentists (ACD), Pierre Fauchard Academy and International College of Dentists. Dr Le has received multiple awards including ADA Presidential Citation and ACD Meritorious Award, Myron Allukian Lifetime Achievement Award by the American Association of Community Dental Programs (AACDP), Association of Vietnamese American Dentists (AVAD) and Richard Ferraro Service Award by the American Association of Public Health Dentists
