Hope Glassberg, MPA, is the president of Decipher Health Strategies, providing strategic planning, facilitation, complex project design, and implementation supports to non-profits, government agencies, and startups in the health care sector. Prior to founding Decipher Health, Hope led strategy for New York’s largest federally qualified health center (FQHC), Sun River Health. Hope also served as Director of Public Policy at Montefiore Health System and worked at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services at the Center for Medicaid and Medicare Innovation and the Medicaid program. She obtained her master’s degree in public affairs from Princeton University and bachelor’s degree in political science from Columbia University.
