Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs) are essential NACHC Partners of Choice. This strategy session, facilitated by LINK Strategic Partners, will bring HCCNs together with NACHC to assess the progress of this partnership and develop strategies for advancing collaboration in support of advancing the capabilities of Community Health Centers. The overall goal of this session is to identify the accomplishments of the two 2024 strategy meetings and build on and further collaborate on HCCN priorities and the 10 NACHC Strategic Priorities with focus on data strategy.
