Session Description: As all health centers will be required to submit UDS+ patient-level data using the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) UDS+ Implementation Guide in April of 2025, this session seeks to assist health center staff and leaders in understanding what the reporting requirements are, where vendors and reporting entities are in the process and obtain answers to questions from UDS+ leaders and each other in understanding best practices. This session builds on previous information from federal partners and best practices at previous NACHC conferences and webinars and will include the final guidance from these entities for the April 2025 UDS+ reporting submissions.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion, participants will have clear understanding of UDS+ reporting requirements for 2025
Upon completion, participants will understand resources available and vendors who have indicated they are supporting UDS+ submissions
Through the group activity and questions and answers, participants will obtain answers to additional questions about reporting and gain insight into best practices for UDS+ reporting.
