Session Description: The financial landscape of our Community Health Centers is dynamic and continuing to change at a fast pace. Our budgets are facing less revenue and higher costs. The average Health Center bottom line is down over 4% from the previous year per the Forvis Mazars National Database. Change management is a necessary skill to help navigate the financial and compliance pressures on our Health Centers. Our Board members need Key Performance Data points to help them make sound financial decisions to help the Health Ceter maintain financial health.
