Session Description: In this session, we will provide a high-level overview about the research-based benefits of becoming a trauma-informed federally qualified health center/network. We will begin by sharing the needs assessment work completed at LifeLong in 2023 and share high-level recommendations. We will also outline the implementation process to-date and close with plans for the future. This session will offer a blueprint that other FQHC’s can consider. If you are interested in becoming trauma-informed and want to better understand its relationship to staff wellness and health equity, attend this session.
